Surebond Surfaces were contracted by technical coatings uk ltd to help to install 4500m2 of Resin Bound Paving outside the Welsh Assembly Hall in Cardiff Bay Wales. surebond Surfaces have carried out many applications of resin bound paving over the last 10 years.

This area surrounded by cafe bars, restaurants and the Welsh Assembly halls where they film Doctor Who & Torchwood is used as an exibition area and the paving was laid upon tarmac to uplift the visual appearence of the area.
